1. Drivers must be legal, licensed and up-to-date with insurance. Drivers must be legal, licensed and up-to-date with insurance. Must have a valid United States drivers license. Must be 21 years of age or older must leave a $300 damage deposit. The deposit will be returned once car is inspected on arrival. A credit card will be required due to damage waiver. Driver will be responsible for all damages and fees incurred.
2. Driver will take full responsibility for the vehicle. Driver will drive car responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws and road signs. Driver will take care of any tickets or parking tickets given while driving the car. If ticket is not paid the $50 service charge will be added to the amount owed for the ticket.
3. A thorough inspection of the car will be done before and after the rental. Pictures will be taken before and after. Driver will be responsible for any new damage that is done to the vehicle. This will come out of the credit card put on the deposit.
Each rental is in 24 hour time slots. The time starts as soon as payment is taken. On a 2 day rental, this will be 48 hours. On a 3 day rental it will be 72 hours. And late time will be charge on the credit card by 15 minute intervals at 15$.
